Making Bone Broth
- Cut meat off bones and store in a reusable container, refrigerated
- Put the bones in a slow cooker
- Cover the bones with water
- Add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Cover the pot and set to simmer for 12-24 hours
- Let the broth cool, then take the bones out
- Pour individual portions into bags or freezable containers and store in the freezer for up to 3 months

- Cook egg with it
- Use in gravy
- Drink it
